Adult Fitness at the J
The JCC Sports and Fitness Department offers a variety of fitness classes and recreational sports opportunities for adults. The Jewish Community Center welcomes and respects people of all ages, fitness levels, interests, backgrounds and religions. Whatever your fitness level, you will find appropriate activities to support your overall wellness throughout the year.
Opportunities include seasonal classes with open enrollment in the fall and spring, as well as a wide variety of ongoing group fitness classes where attendance for members is welcome on a drop-in basis. Whether you’re looking to pick up a game of basketball, relieve stress with yoga, improve your swimming technique, or improve your strength and balance, the JCC is here for you.
